Find yourself diving into the world of Blue Archive? The series has a strong TD+ that's a lot of fun to pilot!

2 TD+ Combined Only:

Deck Code: 6DUQL

Cards that you may wish to fit in and swap with others:

Note: It is probably questionable not to run the 2/3 event as at least a 2 of in the build, but I opted to keep this Remix Character only for consistency and since the deck sometimes doesn’t generate enough stock to easily decide when it’s worth it to give up an end game for the -3 soul effect. Feel free to cut either 1 of the 2/1 Nonomi and 1 of the 1/0 Kotori to fit in OR 2 of the 1/0 Kotori.

Quick Pilot Guide:

This is an “Experience” key word deck. What this means for players new to the game is, that instead of leveling up with Level 0 cards that don’t have late game tech plays, you level up with higher level cards that are run in extra amounts to accommodate the fact that you will be using them to hit the required “Experience” Level number in your Level zone. Shiroko’s Level 1 combo in this trail deck plus (TD+) requires you to have a Level 2 card at least in Level Zone to salvage a <Kivotos> character on attack, the 1/0 Kotori becomes a 7000 power character if the same condition is met, Nonomi also gets a significant power buff if you have a total of Level 3 in your Level Zone, and finally, Hina’s Level 3 finisher combo requires the cards in your Level Zone to add up to Level 4. The brainstormer is very powerful in this TD+ because Ayane gives your front row, center slot hand encore (discard a character card from hand). This is useful for keeping things alive to relight Level 1 combo or other key pieces. Add in some of the powerful tech pieces the deck got, and you have a very solid midrange deck.

I’m a new player who has played this combined TD quite a bit. How can I update my deck without changing the climax combos on a budget?

If there is one thing Blue Archive set has, it’s a ton of great deck upgrades at lower rarity levels! Honestly, it’s a challenge to narrow it down into an actual deck.

Here are some options to consider:

Of these options, I’d prioritize the 0/0 Aris (Maid) climax swap, the 0/0 Reisa for matchups where your opponent tries to crash their board to avoid your finisher, and one of the set’s two anti-change counters. I also do like the 2/0 event because it can help you build stock from hand as well as have a chance of replacing itself in hand.

Quick Pilot Guide:

You still only need Experience Level 4 for this deck to work, but it techs in some of the TD+ 0 pieces and events to help streamline resources for your end game. Level 2 adds the Karin assist that can give something bottom deck on reverse, paired with the 2/1 attacker Karin. Add the 2/0 event on these to trade hand for a stock and then hopefully recuperate the hand with the on reverse effect. If they’re trying to crash their board to get around your on reverse finisher, use Reisa to drag up a backrow card to reverse. Feel empowered to adjust ratios on this build as you play games. You may want to increase or decrease some cards (especially at Level 0). Also, remember it is okay to Level one of the Level 2 events for your Experience requirement if necessary!

Upgrades for when there’s some extra change in the wallet after payday:

Sample TD+ with Set Upgrades:

Deck Code: 4NRVW

Quick Pilot Guide:

Here is an upgraded build that keeps the two TD+ climax combos and I decided to stick with keeping Experience 4, although there is definitely an argument for swapping in the 3/2 Experience Level 6 Yuuka as the early play instead of Hina. The 3/2 Hina early play won’t always be easy to get off, and there may be cases where you want to swap the brainstormer back to the TD+ draw Ayase over the salvage Himari for more mill through and the hand encore ability. Again, feel free to experiment with ratios (especially at Level 0), and remember that the Level 2 events are okay to Level in a pinch for your Experience requirement.

I’m ready to make this into a competitive deck. What are my options?

One of the more competitive decks for this series happens to keep the 1/0 Shiroko TD+ combo and pairs it with the Experience Level 6 early play choice combo in the set. The cards below are some of the top end pieces that help steer this towards that list.
